That's an altor, A gun that is... Special, the modern day liberator let's say. Pretty much saw a meme, lol'd and wanted to create the dumbest gun possible i think i did pretty well on that part

Other than that, the gun model in itself is 21k tris
The equipment model is 40k tris
both use 1 4k texture
